Czech Heritage Society Meets June 11

The Fayette County Czech Heritage Society of Texas met on June 11 at the Texas Czech Heritage & Cultural Center in La Grange for their summer picnic/ meeting with 40 in attendance.

After socializing, Jimmie Fucik played the accordion and Betty Danner and Carolyn Heinsohn led the attendees in singing Czech songs.

Retta Chandler led the prayer in Czech and English before the meal of sausage wraps, with delicious side dishes and desserts provided by members.
