Know Your Rights!

You can’t keep money you receive by mistake. Q. Do I have to give money back to a bank that gave me $50 too much? I went to a drivethrough window to make a credit card payment. When I left, I realized they gave me to much  money back. I immediately returned in good faith to give back the overpayment, but the teller said everything was fine, “I was not overpaid.” Can I keep the money?
