She passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. in Bozeman, Montana while traveling.

Cindy was born Jan. 15, 1951 in La Grange to Melvin and Junell Ladewig.

She is preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Noe; daughters, Kim Scott and husband Wesley Scott, Sr. and Michelle Caughman and husband Shawn; mother, Junell Ladewig; brother, Brian Ladewig and wife Sandy; sisters, Wendy Giberson and husband Rex and Nanette Wherry and husband Mike; grandchildren, Katy Scott and fiancé Isaac Williams, Wesley Scott, Jr., Nathan Scott, Tyler Caughman, and Dalton Caughman; and great-grandchild, Julius Williams.
