Trees, Tents & Tombstones all Toppled

In the span of just a few minutes Monday night, winds in La Grange went from blowing just five miles per hour to gusting at speeds of up to 47 miles per hour (according to the National Weather Service) as a fast moving thunderstorm barrelled through. In a city still cleaning up downed branches from an ice storm a month ago, a whole new round of limbs and trees were downed, and a few dozen power outages even occurred within the city.
