The Winchester Area Civic Association sponsors a break point for the BP MS 150. Margaret and Tom Atkins, Sherwood and Rhoda Gersch, Richard and Barbara Schaefer, Marvy Gibbs, and Karen Derr were the official greeters and welcomed the riders to Winchester.
