Opening Statement

It was quite the opening night for the La Grange volleyball team as they bashed Weimar 25-14, 25-21, 25-13 Tuesday in the season opener for both teams.

This year’s version of the Lady Leps seems poised to build on last year’s performance when they went 23-17 overall and were third place in district.

“We are extremely blessed this year with a plethora of options at hitter,” said La Grange head coach Leslie Coltrain, who begins her second season leading the team.
