Groundwater Concerns

A recent newspaper article (in the Fayette County Record) reported that fracking wastewater is being injected into the

ground in thousands of disposal wells across Texas, including 37 in Fayette County. These wells supposedly inject into “underground porous rock formations … that are isolated from useable quality groundwater and sealed above and below by unbroken and impermeable strata.
