Joe Louis Rodriguez

Joe Louis Rodriguez, 55, of Victoria, died on Thursday, August 14, 2014. Funeral services were held August 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Victoria. Joe was born on September 2, 1958, the son of Fortino and Catalina (Aguero) Rodriguez. He is survived by his wife, Lori LaVerne (Fiedler) Rodriguez; daughter, Eileen Lillian; son from previous marriage, Joe “Joey” Louis Jr. all of Victoria; motherin- law, Melba LaVerne (Bruns) Fielding of Yorktown; two brothers, Carlos and Salvador Rodriguez of Victoria; four sisters: Elvia Sisneros of Los Lunas, NM; Ellie Ochoa and Sylvia Hernandez of Victoria; Lilia Garcia of Houston; three brothers-in-law: Robert Fielding of West Columbia; Keith Fielding of Dallas; Kevin Fielding of Weesatche; two grandchildren: Catalina Lillian and Michael Anthony of Victoria; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Maria A. Sanchez. Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home of La Grange was in charge of arrangements.
