County Considering Tax Incentives for a Proposed Solar Farm

Fayette County Commissioners scheduled an important public hearing on a proposed tax abatement for Feb. 13.

Citizens will have an opportunity to voice their opinion on whether the county should offer financial incentives in the form of reduced property taxes to a business interested in moving to Fayette County, Candella Renewables LLC, which is planning to build a solar farm in the Flatonia area.
