Mayors Look Back at 2019 Accomplishments

Here’s the latest report from a Fayette County mayor on activities in 2019, in this instance Wade Eilers, mayor of Carmine:

“This year has been a busy year for Carmine,” Eilers said. “Currently there is a new major eight-inch water line being constructed that will add muchneeded water volume to the north portion of town. Installing new fire plugs in key areas will also increase fire protection as before there was very little due to the lack of water capacity. This project is expected to be completed next month.
