City Council Shouldn’t Regulate Food Trucks

Does the City of La Grange need to regulate food trailers and other mobile food vendors? I don’t think so.

First, I’m surprised that the City Council of La Grange would consider putting barriers in the way of free enterprise. A food trailer business is one of the most accessible forms of business for a budding entrepreneur to undertake. They can start a business with just a few thousand dollars of investment. Compare that to the cost of opening up a brick and mortar restaurant.
