Lep Stadium Renovation To Include Armchair Seats And Benches With Backs

At this month’s school board meeting, the LGISD board members heard an update on the Leopard Stadium Capitol Campaign Committee. The committee is continuing to solicit contributions toward remodeling Leopard Stadium. Of major concern for the new set of bleachers on the home side will be the reserved seating. Currently La Grange has 682 reserved seats that have been sold out for many years. Sixty-one of those seats are complimentary seating for school boardmembers, previous superintendents,  current administrators and coaches. The spouses and families of coaches have a block of twenty-five complimentary as well.
