Beyer Appointed Dean of The Bluebonnet Conference

The Rev. Herbert C. Beyer, Jr., has been reappointed by Bishop Ray Tiemann of the Southwestern Texas Synod to the position of Dean of the Bluebonnet Conference of ELCA (Lutheran) Congregations.
