Local Dogs Stricken With Chagas Disease

The dogs in the picture below are our family’s beloved pets. These dogs may look healthy, however, their prognosis is grim they all tested positive for Chagas disease. We live in Fayette County, between Schulenburg and La Grange and had heard about the Chagas bug several months ago and “googled” it. Of course, we never thought we would be affected by the disease.
