Leroy Wetjen Honored in Washington D.C.

Leroy Wetjen was honored last week Friday and Saturday by Honor Flight Austin on Honor Flight #25- Temple “TR” Kennedy 2 flight. He was greeted at the airport by his “guardian” for the trip, Guy Stevenson. He and nineteen other World War II veterans along with their guardians were flown to Washington D.C. to see their monument, “The Jewel of the Mall”.
