Winchester Area Civic Association Meets

The Winchester Area Civic Association met on Monday, Sept. 7 and decided to host their annual Christmas Party on Friday, Dec. 4 at 6 pm. A Chinese gift exchange with a limit of $10-$15 will be held. More information will follow. The association will also be having the meat and cheese fundraiser again this year and will adopt a family for Christmas and we will be decorating stockings for the Deputy Santa Program.
