Carmine’s Jacob Headed Back To The National Finals Rodeo

Taylor Jacob of Carmine has headed back to Las Vegas with her barrel racing partner Bo for the 2015 National Finals Rodeo. Jacob debuted at the 2013 National Finals as the Rookie of the Year and set the arena record for barrel racing at the Thomas & Mack Arena.
