Winchester Cemetery Scholarship Available

The Winchester Cemetery Association will be awarding its second annual $1,000 scholarship at its annual meeting on May 1. All students who have family buried in the cemetery, whose families have lots in the cemetery and who are members of the Winchester Cemetery Association, or are willing to join the WCA, are invited to apply. You can become members on the day of the meeting.
