Six Man Team Gets Some New Wheels

Coach C.H. Harvey of the Fayette County Panthers six-man football team was in La Grange last week with the squad’s new bus and equipment trailer. Harvey said all of the team’s equipment, including the new bus and trailer, have been purchased with donations. The Panthers are an independent six-man football team that started last year. Players mainly come from Fayetteville and Round Top-Carmine high schools, neither of which have a school football program. The Panthers play home games in Brenham.
