Random Acts of Kindness

Random acts of kindness are not anything new, but sometimes they seem to get media attention – and maybe that’s not such a bad thing. Having been on the receiving end of a random act of kindness, more than once, I can attest that they are unexpected, but much appreciated. Once when I was in grade school, we took a trip to Mexico with friends. During that trip we found ourselves stranded at small town auto repair shop, not knowing what we would do while our car got fixed, or how long it would take.
