The NRA Foundation Awards $3,000 to La Grange’s Texas Heroes Museum

The NRA Foundation has awarded the Texas Heroes Museum a grant totaling $3,000.

“We are very excited about the new museum and its theme of honoring Texas Heroes,” said Dennis Brower, “and pleased that the NRA is making an investment in our community.”

The NRA grant will enable the museum to purchase replica weapons for a display illustrating arms used by Texans from the time of the Texas Revolution to the present. Visitors will be able to see how weapons – the tools that Texans used to secure and defend freedom – have progressed over the past 182 years.
