Jean Morley (Taylor) Noll, 92, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017. Jean was born in New Jersey on July 21, 1925, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Tomer) Taylor. She was the beloved wife of Walter Noll for 70 years, married on Nov. 15, 1947 in New Jersey. She was the loving mother of a daughter, Pamela Jean Gragard and husband, Merle of Lake Jackson; and a son, Richard Noll and wife, Maryanne of Kingston, Mass. She was also sister of, William Taylor and wife, Joan of Connecticut, and the late Robert Taylor of Florida. Jean was also loving grandmother four grandchildren: Jacob Gragard and wife, Kathryn; Taylor Gragard; Caitlynn Mitchell and husband, Jay; Timothy Noll and wife, Francesca; and three great-grandchildren: Sophia Mitchell, Madelyn Mitchell and Landon Noll. Jean was an active member of her community. She volunteered with the Circle One group at the First Presbyterian Church in La Grange, Fayette County Home Demonstration Club, Swiss Alp Dance Club, Second Chance Emporium and was a member of Frisch Auf. She served as president of the La Grange Dance Club, and was also a longtime member of St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church in Houston, where she served as the church librarian. Memorial Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 205 South Franklin, La Grange, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018.
