Ryan Anthony Grant

Ryan Anthony Grant, 20, of La Grange, died Monday, March 5, 2018 at South Austin Medical Center in Austin. Ryan was born Nov. 3, 1997 in Austin to Isaac Boone and Aisha Grant. He was employed as a truck driver trainee and was a member of The Remnant Church in La Grange. He is survived by his mother, Aisha Grant of La Grange; father, Isaac Boone of Louisiana, stepfather, Clayton Scranton, Sr. of La Grange; brothers, Clayton Scanton, Jr. and Justin Grant, both of La Grange and Isaac Boone, Jr. and Ronjae Garrison, both of Louisiana; sisters, Ikeriah Smith of Austin, Bria Darby, Ieisha Lyyons, and Izshona Alexander, all of Louisiana; grandmother, Shelia Grant of La Grange; grandfathers, James Grant of La Grange and Charles Toomer of Louisiana; and fiancé, Makayla Goode of La Grange. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Family and friends are invited to call Friday, March 16, 2018 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Tommy E. Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at The Remnant Church in La Grange at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2018 with Pastor Kolbe Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the City of La Grange Cemetery.
