Konetzke Receives Austin Woman’s Way STEM Achievement Award

Shanna Konetzke started a virtual reality company in 2016 in La Grange after coming home to build her dream. Building the next generation of educational platforms for medical and allied healthcare students all done in a virtual world by using virtual reality, augmented reality and haptic feedback gloves.

On May 18 Shanna was awarded The Austin’s Womans Way “STEM” (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) achievement award for 2018. The award ceremony hosted 600 attendees with 9 other awards being handed out that night.
