Dinner in an Instant?

We tried cooking a lot on Sunday afternoon to have leftovers during the week – they only lasted for one or two meals. We often resorted to fast food take out. Not always the healthiest choice, but when your kids are hungry right now, it was sometimes the easiest solution.
