Local Leader Of Secession Movement Plans Public Petition Drive

Although Fayette County resident James Gilliam participated in the Pledge of Allegiance in commissioners court Tuesday, afterwards he told commissioners he represents an organization which wants the State of Texas to  ecede from the United States and become a republic again.
