Gilbert Louis Stech, 84, of Weimar died peacefully at his home on July 18, 2016. He was born in New Beilau, Texas on Oct. 22, 1931 to Louis and Helene (Schoen) Stech. Gilbert married Faye Ophelia Raabe at the Weimar Evangelical Lutheran Church on March 26, 1951.
