The La Grange volleyball team won’t have to travel far for its first round playoff game. The Lady Leps are hosting a playoff doubleheader Tuesday in La Grange. Caldwell will face Houston Worthing in the first 4A bidstrict match at 5:30 with the La Grange vs.

The La Grange volleyball team inched ever closer to an outright district title Tuesday with a dominating sweep of Smithville at home by scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-9.

The Schulenburg and Round Top-Carmine volleyball teams are headed to the postseason as district champs. Both squads have dominated their district opposition this season, going 12-0 in their respective classifications with just two matches left in the regular season.
