downtown Muldoon and aroundthe park followed by a hat contest, auction and then a pot luck lunch. A true celebration of all things American.

Pat and Clayton Kleiber celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary at Pin Oak Church grounds on June 6. They had a fried chicken dinner, a band, and drinks. Lots of their family and friends attended and celebrated with them. Their kids and spouses put the party together.

The historic Winedale Stagecoach Inn in northeast Fayette County was given to The University of Texas for the benefit of the state by Miss Ima Hogg of Houston. The gift included more than 130 acres of land and several buildings, as well as an endowment for the maintenance of the property.
