The win-streak is now six straight for the Flatonia Bulldogs and none has been more important than Friday’s 21-7 victory in eimar. The win puts the Bulldogs all alone in first place in District 13-1A, and virtually assures Flatonia of its first football layoff appearance since 2007.

The Rogers Eagles and their high-speed offense ran for a remarkable 505 yards en route to beating Schulenburg 48-12 riday. The win snapped what had been a five-game win-streak by the Shorthorns.

The La Grange volleyball team won its 14th consecutive match with a 25-18, 25-15, 25- 22 win at Smithville Friday. Lexus avis led the La Grange attack with 11 kills and Blair Gillard had 10 kills and seven blocks.
The La Grange volleyball team is so much better than any other squad in their district that those moments where the Lady Leps have their backs against a wall are few and far between. Tuesday was one of those times, owever.
For some teams, every time their kicker comes onto the field is an adventure – and not in a good way. For the La Grange Leopards, their kicking game has become a huge advantage – thanks to the special talents of senior Marco Cerda.
