Longtime inn keepers Clovis and Maryann Heimsath have sold the hotel to Walking Women Ventures, owned by partners Joan Herring and Mary Quiros.

Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that on Tuesday July 11 at 12:39 p.m., the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Canine Unit, Sgt. Randy Thumann and canine partner Lobos, stopped a Dodge pickup truck on Interstate 10 at the 661 milefor a traffic violation.
