La Grange Police are looking for a suspect who walked out of the La Grange Walmart with $3,000 in electronics merchandise sometime before 4 a.m. on June 6.
According to La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath, Walmart did not even know about the theft until police contacted them.
Someone broke into Sammy’s Sports Bar in La Grange and stole TVs and kitchen equipment worth nearly $6,000 – and the place isn’t yet open for business.

La Grange Police confiscated nearly $7,400 in fake currency from a suspect who handed the bills over to authorities on Wednesday, June 14. La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath said over $2,000 in fake $100 and $20 bills may still be circulating around the area.
