By H.H. HOWZE Retired Secret Service agent A.T. Smith spoke to the La Grange Rotary Club Wednesday about his 29 year career at the agency. Smith ended his career as deputy director of the 150 year old agency which protects high office holders and their immediate families.

By ANDY BEHLEN A powerfull storm completely destroyed one barn and damaged several other buildings in an area west of Freyburg along Farek-Loth Road early Wednesday morning, April 13. According to four property owners along the road, the storm arrived shortly after midnight.
