Fayette Heritage Museum and Archives turns 40 years old on Friday, April 20. The staff are planning an event from 10 a.m. to noon showcasing the museum’s collections.

A Weimar man suffered critical injuries in a head-on collision on FM 155 Thursday, March 8. The accident happened around noon in front of Post Oak Inn, located about 200 yards west of Ronnie Road.

After Tuesday’s voting, Kyle Hartmann and Andy Berger advance to the runoff in the Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace Race. Hartmann collected 532 votes followed by Andy Berger with 374 votes.
