The historic Von Minden Hotel in Schulenburg has been sold to a newly-formed company called Von Minden Associates LLC. One of the firm’s partners told the Record that the company closed the sale with the previous owners, the Pettit family of Schulenburg, on Wednesday morning, April 19.
