The Fayette County Fair has been searching for the last few days how they can help the victims of this horrific flooding. Here is how they plan to help:
The Colorado River was still rising as of 1 p.m. this afternoon, Aug. 28, at 54.11 feet. That's just spitting distance from the all-time record of 56.7 feet in 1869, the highest the river has been in over a century. The Hurrican Harvey flood is at least the third highest on record.
