HEB shoppers in La Grange may see a few more employees in the store especially in the mornings over the next three to four weeks, according to unit director Tinnie Gillard.

Flatonia City Council could select a new police chief as soon as next month.
Flatonia City Manager Mark McLaughlin said the city has received about a dozen applications so far and expected a few more to arrive in coming days.
“I’m very pleased with the turnout,” he said.
