Bette Jo (Jordan) Cluck, 81, of Austin, died Dec. 31, 2018. Bette Jo was born on Aug. 19, 1937 and grew up in Alice. She was an alumnus of the Alice ISD public school system and Baylor University. Bette Jo married Allen B. Cluck in 1959 and lived with him for 55 years until his death in 2015.

Maxine Martha Wrobleski was born Oct. 13, 1928, the middle child of Rudolph and Clara Minarcik on a farm in Fayetteville. She went to be with our Lord on Dec. 19, 2018 in Pasadena. Maxine passed peacefully surrounded by her loving husband of 69 years, a son and her daughter.

William “Bill” Albert Pyle passed away January 1, 2019 at St. Mark’s Medical Center. He was born on October 25, 1940 to Ola Vivian May Pyle and William Alexander Pyle in Wharton, Texas. Grandson of the late Albert J. and Mildred May.

Euna Faye (Johnson) Caswell, 90, of La Grange, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018. Faye was born in Valera, Coleman County on March 12, 1928, the daughter of George Hambrick and Mary Catherine (Patterson) Johnson. Faye moved to Houston in 1942.

Helene Katharina (Euler) Hobratschk, 77, of Conroe died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018. Helene was born in Altengronau, Germany on Nov. 2, 1941, the daughter of Adam and Klara (Unger) Euler. She married Elwert O. Hobratschk on March 26, 1966 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Warda.

Susanne (Renee) Loewe Puttuck flashed her last smile and died on Dec. 15, 2018. Born in Tartu, Estonia on Dec. 6, 1922, she spent her early years with her parents, Walter Siegfried Loewe and Ida Loewe and her two brothers, Luca and Hermann, in Germany.
