Nelda (Weyand) Keilers, 96, of Houston (formerly of Round Top) died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018.
Nelda was born in Fayette County on Jan. 14, 1922, the daughter of George and Hattie (Mueller) Weyand. Nelda married Edgar Keilers on Nov. 10, 1940 in Warrenton.

Viola Myrtle (Greene) Northrup, 97, of La Grange, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. Viola was born in Hoxie, Kansas on Sept. 21, 1921, the daughter of Ezra and Axie (Reed) Greene. She married Lavon “Bud” Northrup on Sept. 22, 1946 in Dresden, Kansas. Viola worked as a waitress.

Karen Sue Behnke Dooley, beloved wife, mother, and MeMe of Round Top, was welcomed into the Lord’s arms on Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Brenham at the age of 68. The daughter of Milton and Wella Mae Behnke, Karen was born in Brenham on Feb.

Patricia “Patti” Hielscher Hungerford, 59, of La Grange, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018. Patti was born in Houston on July 29, 1959, the daughter of Carroll Ernst Hielscher and Barbara (Pampell) Hielscher. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church in Houston.

Funeral services for Lorine Bamsch, 95, of Giddings, were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Warda with Rev. Dennis Tegtmeier officiating. Burial followed in the Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery.
