The third quarterly meeting of Society No. 31 La Grange, St. Frances of Rome, Catholic Family Fraternal of Texas – K.J.Z.T. was held Thursday, Aug. 3, in the Msgr. Harry Mazurkiewicz Center at Sacred Heart Parish. President Elizabeth Kallus called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

At the 35th Regular General Convention of the Catholic Family Fraternal of Texas (KJZT), over $62,000 in gifts was awarded to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg, along with several other Catholic Schools in the state of Texas.

The Fayette County Extension Education Association Council met on July 25, at 1:30 p.m. at the Fayette County Agricultural Building. There were two clubs represented, four members and one agent present. The meeting opened with the Club Prayer and pledges to the flags.
