Residents across much of the western half of Fayette County reported hearing a loud ‘boom’ Saturday night, Jan. 20.
The sound of an explosion was reported in Flatonia, Cistern, Muldoon, West Point and the western edge of La Grange. Those who heard it said it happened around 7:30 p.m.
